Vincent Werling: Drums
Vince Werling is widely considered by many to be the greatest drummer
ever. He came to the attention of the Buddhists during an impromptu
jam session in 1990 with Strom Thurmond, Jerry Garcia, Mozart, Elvis,
Elvis impersonators playing kazoos, and Richard Nixon(on the
glockenspiel) among ohters. He was invited to join the band after the discovery that
they did not, technically, HAVE a drummer.
Vince's various bands:
Vince was the original drummer for The Johnny Hendrix Experience.
He played clarinet for the Beetles.
He dances for Castle Grayskull.
Former member of the Grateful Dead; kicked out when it was noticed that he
was in fact UNgrateful. And alive.
Elizabeth Forward High School Marching Band.
Had an accordion and a monkey and played for money on the streets of
Chicago.
Has attended numerous concerts. Although he did not actually play in them,
he occasionally sang along.
